Roger Hernandez
Principal
Has been a commercial real estate broker for more than 17 years. He started his career as a landlord broker working in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he learned all aspects of commercial real estate. He represented landlords by listing their industrial, office, retail, and investment properties. He also worked with tenants and buyers which is what attracted him to specialize in representing them exclusively.
In 2009 he joined a start-up commercial real estate firm that specialized in healthcare. By representing the buyer and tenant only, he was able to save his clients hundreds of thousands of dollars on their lease, purchase, or lease renewal. During his first five years, he grew southern Colorado and New Mexico markets.
He was promoted to Broker Development Manager when the firm decided to go national. While he continued to transact on his own, he was tasked with duplicating himself through coaching, mentoring, motivating, and training new agents and managers. He was responsible for carrying 13 employing level licenses as well as providing oversight for 54 agents across the country. Of the 100 agents that he trained, many became managers.
In 2019, with over 655 deals completed, he ventured out on his own and created Healthcare & Business Realty. He expanded his services to include all business professionals as he felt there was a need not only to continue working within the healthcare industry but also to take that knowledge and expertise to the business community. His passion is to save his clients as much money as possible while helping them navigate through the leasing, purchasing, and land development process of the commercial real estate world.

Clint Herrema
Partner – Michigan
Works as a Managing Partner and Broker with Bridge Commercial Realty. He comes from a healthcare real estate background with regional and national experience. He has worked with local and national healthcare clients across the country facilitating and negotiating deals of a variety of size and complexity, from standalone independent practices to hospital acquisitions. Clint is a court-approved Subject Matter Expert in real estate. Additionally, his working knowledge of the construction industry has helped his clients in a myriad of ways, often including the creation of off-market opportunities when inventory is severely lacking.
In addition to real estate, Clint comes from an extensive construction background and has owned several businesses, including a non-profit organization. He has authored two books and enjoys helping others grow in their personal and professional lives through mentorship, educational speaking engagements and conferences.
Clint resides in Michigan with his wife and three children. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with family, playing with his kids, exploring the wilderness, studying ethnobotany, and just about any adventure that presents itself.
Shirward Punches
Partner – Michigan
Is a principal and managing partner of Bridge Commercial Realty, a full-service real estate firm based out of Michigan with a nationwide network. As a real estate firm with a national presence, Bridge Commercial Realty has captured the attention of healthcare providers who prefer to work with a firm that exclusively assists doctors with all of their commercial real estate needs.
Prior to joining Bridge, Shirward worked in National Accounts assisting group practices with purchases, leases, ground-up construction and with managing their real estate portfolio on their lease renewals and de novos. During his career in the healthcare industry, Shirward has established a reputation for truly advocating for his clients’ real estate needs with no conflict-of-interest representation.
Additionally, Shirward worked as a consultant in the senior care industry and currently serves as a board of director for the Council of Aging of Kent County, and board member with the West Michigan Healthcare Network. Matt Evans

Is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas, Kansas, Iowa, & Wisconsin as well as an experienced Transition Consultant across 10 States. Over the years Matt has been fortunate to work with doctors and healthcare professionals to evaluate their real estate needs. Helping professional’s startup their practice, lease space, buy real estate, build their dream practice, or sell their practice. Matt has helped evaluate and negotiate over 100 million dollars in business and real estate value. As an industry expert in the Veterinary industry, he has had exposure of educating doctors at the Southwest Veterinary Symposium, Western Veterinary Conference, Lone Star Vet Academy, and many other continuing education events.
